01 About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of tikab.net (the “Website”). Tikab is the trade name of Hamidreza Rezaeian, IE, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia (“Tikab”, “we”, “us”).

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that is not successful, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
